Delivery schedule once an order is placed:  10-14 days 

If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship on the next working day. If you are ordering a piece which is not available in stock or sized to your specifications please allow us up to 18 working days to deliver it to you. Minimum days 7, maximum 20 days If you have an urgent request for a piece please email us at silkwavesindia@gmail.com or inheritanceindia.delhi@gmail.com  and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns, Replacement and Exchange Policy
 Returns Policy : We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Garment must be unworn with tags intact.
User shall ensure that the product to be returned remains unused. The tags and the packaging of the product are also to be kept intact and untampered by the User. Refunds will be given as vouchers or store credits. Refunds do not include delivery fees.  

 However please note we only accept returns in case of the following

The products qualify for returns only if:

1. the product(s) delivered does not match the User’s order; or
2. the size of the product is different; or
3. the product(s) have already expired or are about to expire (in less than 3 months); or
4. the product(s) delivered were damaged.

Cancellation : Cancellation of orders can be done only upto a 24 hours.

 
However, before you return a product, please understand how our products all Silkwaves’ products are handmade. These are created by different artisans resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. We would also request you to look at the size chart well and ask us any doubts you have about sizing before you order with us.  

Replacements Policy

If the User wishes to replace the product(s) with respect to the colour, quality, size, etc., then the product(s) can be replaced. However, replacements are subject to availability of the particular product and are at the sole discretion of the Company.
